Are you growing?

What do you do when you first wake up in the morning?

Who are you hanging out with?

What do you do with your 24 hours?

What do you spend your time doing?

Have you ever really put a microscope on how you spend your time?

Are you feeling exhausted from the day “busy”?

Or are you shifting, changing, evolving and growing?

Lots of us say we want to grow, yet many don’t spend the time required to.

This topic of growth has been hitting me lately and it’s something that I’m so deeply passionate about.

If you want a better life, if you want things to change, if you want to make an impact in the world, you have to keep growing.

I have a challenge for you today to start taking a look at where you spend your time.

Start tracking your time, write down where your time is going. Pay attention to what you’re paying attention to.

Are you really investing time into learning and growing and uplevelling yourself?

This episode is an invitation for you to start looking at your day and blocking out your time. I talk about becoming aware of where your attention is going and challenging the stories you’ve been telling yourself.

Where are you allowing your attention to go?

[1:00]: Are you someone who is actively committed to growth? The difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset.

[2:15]: Get your head on paper so you can unravel and become aware

[3:15]: What do you do in your life? Figuring out what you do with your time helps you become aware

[5:15]: A lot of people do shit all day and then are exhausted and numb out

[5:45]: I am constantly learning and growing and working on myself and being open to not knowing anything

[7:30]: I’m on the hunt to know why. There’s always a lesson to learn

[8:50]: Watch what goes into your head. What are you allowing to get your attention?

[10:30]: Time block your day. Pay attention to what you pay attention to and start challenging the stories that you’re telling yourself.

[11:50]: Start taking action and stop watching reality TV!!!

[13:00]: Work with me by joining the 2021 Sistahood Program!
