How you feeling right now?
Today's episode is a reminder, and invitation to do what makes YOU feel good.
Here's what I know, anytime I feel stressed, overwhelmed, resentful or exhausted – I know that I have stopped doing things for myself that make me feel good.
For me recently I have discovered how much I missed Yoga, maybe for you it's moving your body, eating food that makes you feel good, reading a book, meditation etc.
GO DO IT!
The formula to feel good and have more energy is simple Queen.
There is something that you need right now + You do it = You FEEL BETTER.
You're not going backwards, you just need to go back to what feels good for you.
Set some brave and powerful boundaries (a podcast on this coming soon) and make sure you do for YOU.
