The Oxford Retreat, Hepburn Springs, Victoria - a scenic 90 - 120 min drive from the north-west of Melbourne.
Set in private, mature gardens filled with native flora that reflect the tranquil beauty of regional Victoria, The Oxford Retreat is a historical property that will become your sanctuary for the duration of your stay. Featuring 12 beautiful rooms, infrared sauna and a yoga studio, the interior of the Oxford, is well appointed, luxurious and is decorated beautifully with rustic touches and a distinctive artistic flair.
The surrounding area of picturesque Daylesford offers plenty of opportunities for exploration should you wish, as the area boasts scenic reserves, wonderful eateries, shops, galleries and the renowned Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa is located just 500 meters away.

Meditation & Breathwork
Spending time in our bodies allows us to get out of our mind. There is so much going on as we think thousands of thoughts per day. Meditation will empower you to calm your mind, get in touch with your inner world and let go of stress. It’s designed to lower your cortisol and adrenal system so you can make choices from a place of calmness and clarity.
The Inner Work
How you think becomes how you feel and how you act which leads to the direct results you get in your life. If you are not happy or fulfilled with the results you are producing then it’s time you changed the way you think. This sounds easy yet it’s one of the toughest things we are challenged to do, conquer the monkey mind as Buddhists say. We will pay attention and become conscious of our minds and how we can start thinking, being, doing and having with more purpose, clarity and intention. Creating from a place of abundance and freedom not lack and scarcity. Here is where we unravel the beliefs and patterns that do not serve us so we can truly step into our unlimitedness.
Connecting with Mother Nature
The retreat will be held in the tranquil beauty of regional Victoria. The picturesque Oxford house set in private, mature gardens is filled with native flora and a calming vibe. The mind and body are one and if we are going to look at improving the mind, the body will of course need some love. We will be adding movement and nature into our daily practice as we retreat.
Sample Retreat Day:
Every morning we’ll meet for our morning circle where we set our intentions for the day. Here we’ll go into our breathwork and meditation practice designed to connect you back to yourself. These practices are both grounding and revitalising.
Once our practice is complete we’ll enjoy a nourishing breakfast with the group and some time to reflect on the day ahead. After breakfast we’ll move into our intimate and curated daily session where we’ll go deep into the inner work and reconnect with ourselves emotionally, energetically, spiritually and physically.
We’ll aim to get some movement and free time in mother nature each day to help us gain clarity and peace of mind.
Once we wrap our sessions each afternoon, you’ll have free time to walk the gardens in the property, unwind in the sauna, read, have a nap or connect deeper with Hamish, Erika and the other attendees.
We’ll meet up again for dinner each night around the table, where we’ll converse and connect with our new found friends. These dinners are not only nourishing the body but also the soul as the moments we share at the dinner table become priceless memories.
After some free time we’ll meet up one last time before bed for our evening circle to reflect on our practice and close the day with intention.
Since this work is being done in such an intimate setting we will have the benefit of one on one plus community discussion where we learn so much more from one another's' experiences.
The retreat will be very healing and will allow you the opportunity to be fully expressed and connect deeper to your truest self.

The Queen of Confidence
After overcoming a life full of trauma, physical and sexual abuse, neardeath experiences, breaking her back and being widowed, Erika found herself drowning in pain and sadness trying to numb everything she had been through. Now wife, mother of 2 and Confidence coach, Erika founded The Queen of Confidence. Erika is taking a bold stand for women to reclaim their self confidence. She encourages women to end people pleasing, self judgment, comparison and to let go of caring so much what other people think of us (#FWOT).

I live the most incredible life. I’m married to the most amazing woman, I have two beautiful children, I have the kindest family, I’m a business owner, a fitness fanatic, meditation enthusiast and spiritual advocate. But my life was not always like this, in fact I took many “wrong’ turns along the way which led down some interesting paths. During these difficult times the mentor I needed would appear and I have been blessed to have learned form so many great people. I’ve moved through business hardship, break-up, self doubt, family struggles, cultural boundaries and limiting religious dogma. It's through these experiences I found myself and a way to transform and grow from these experiences. My only aim now to offer these insights to those that need it and create a new world in which my kids can be proud of.
