There are so many things going on in the world right now and if we’re not vigilant to protect our energy, it can really start to affect us in a negative way.
We need to protect our energy at all costs.
I’ve had a lot of people contact me about their fears and concerns lately so I thought it would be helpful to talk about some of the things I’ve been doing to pandemic proof my energy.
Do a little scan of yourself right now.
Start paying attention to how you feel.
What are you thinking?
What are you paying attention to?
If you’re getting angry or judgemental towards people who don’t agree with you, take a step back.
We need more love. We need more kindness.
Don’t fight with people on social media!
If you want people to change, be the change you wish to see.
The important message here is to do what you need to do to bring yourself back to peace.
Get connected with people who recharge you in whatever way you can.
Take care of YOU.

All of this will affect you. If you are glued to the news, you’re going to be in fear. [8:00]: I noticed myself getting angry and judgemental so I started unfollowing people on Instagram. [9:30]: Don’t fight with people on social media. We are not agreeing with each other but that’s okay. It’s ludicrous to think you can fight your way to get people to think what you think. [11:45]: The best way to have a conversation is face to face. [13:20]: We don’t have to agree but we can choose to understand. The division and the hatred are the virus. [16:20]: Get outside and get into mother nature. Ground yourself, do some deep breathing and get some perspective. [18:25]: Get around great people and community, even through Facetime, zoom, phonecalls etc. If you don’t feel connected, maybe you’re not connecting. [20:00]: We don’t have to be locked down and restricted with our relationships. Our human need is connection and right now we’re not allowed it, which is traumatic. [22:00]: Come into the Sistahood to be amongst people who can support you. [23:00]: Let people do what they do. If you want people to change, be the change you wish to see.
