phase Four

THE evolution awaits you

You’re shedding the old stories, limiting beliefs, and past experiences that no longer serve you. But let’s be real—this phase isn’t always easy. Evolution can be painful, confronting, and messy. You’ve come so far, yet some parts of your past still hold on tightly. They might show up as fears, doubts, or patterns that continue to creep in when you least expect it. But here’s the truth: evolution is necessary if you want to become truly magnetic.
This phase is all about embracing the discomfort of change, letting go of what no longer serves you, and stepping fully into your future self. It’s a process of unlearning, transforming, and rebuilding. You’re not just discarding your past; you’re using it as fuel to become more resilient, stronger, and aligned with who you’re meant to be.

What to focus on:

  • RELEASE AND REBUILD: In this phase, you’ll confront the parts of yourself that are still clinging to old stories, patterns, and beliefs. It’s time to release what’s holding you back so you can rebuild a stronger, more magnetic version of yourself.
  • EMBRACE DISCOMFORT: Growth isn’t comfortable. There will be moments when you’ll want to revert to old habits or shrink back into your past. But this discomfort is where the magic happens. Lean into it.
  • TRUST THE PROCESS: Your evolution is unfolding exactly as it should. Trust that every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and evolve into the most magnetic version of yourself.

Actions to take

  • Identify your limiting stories:
Start by identifying the stories or beliefs you still carry from your past. What narratives are holding you back? Write down any recurring thoughts or beliefs that limit your potential (e.g., “I’m not good enough,” “I don’t deserve success,” “I always fail”). Acknowledge these stories for what they are: just stories, not facts.
  • Rewrite your narrative:
Once you’ve identified these limiting stories, take time to rewrite them in a way that serves your growth. For example, change “I always fail” to “I learn from every experience and grow stronger each time.” This reframing helps you shed old beliefs and replace them with empowering ones.
  • Let go with gratitude:
As you release the parts of your past that no longer serve you, do so with gratitude. Acknowledge that even the most painful experiences have taught you something valuable. Thank them for the lessons, and then consciously release them.
  • Embrace the new version of you:
Start practising small daily actions that align with your new narrative. For example, if your new story is “I’m worthy of success,” act from that belief by setting boundaries, pursuing new opportunities, or speaking up when you need to. This is your evolution in action.

Reflections

What's still holding you back?

Take time to reflect on what parts of your past are still influencing your present. Is it an old relationship, a past failure, or a limiting belief? Write about how these things affect you and what steps you can take to let them go.

who are you becoming?

Reflect on the woman you are evolving into. What qualities does she embody? What does she believe about herself and the world? How does she show up in her life, relationships, and work? This reflection helps you align with your new self.

exercises:

1. Burn it ritual:

Write down the limiting beliefs or past experiences you’re ready to let go of on a piece of paper. Find a safe space, and burn the paper as a symbolic act of releasing what no longer serves you. Watch it turn to ash and visualise yourself freeing up space for something better.

2. Daily check-in:

At the end of each day, ask yourself: Did I act from my old stories or my new beliefs today? This simple reflection will help you stay conscious of your evolution and keep you accountable to your growth.

3. Gratitude for growth journal:

Keep a journal where you write about the challenges you’re facing and how they are helping you evolve. Frame every difficulty as an opportunity for growth. When you look back, you’ll see how far you’ve come.

Takeaways:

Evolution is messy, but it’s where true transformation happens. You’re in the process of shedding your past and stepping into your magnetic power.

Key Focus:

Trust the discomfort. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones. Lean into the hard stuff and know that every step is taking you closer to your most magnetic self.
