TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SISTAHOOD

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE agreeing to join the program or work with Erika Cramer, & The Queen of Confidence Pty Ltd.

a.) Refunds – Due to the nature of this work all sales are final and there will be no refunds for a change of mind wether you entered into a payment plan or upfront payment.

b.) Payment plan – If you miss a payment, the payment will be re-tried in 3 days if there is a second payment failure you payment will be tried 3 days later again, if there is a third failed attempt our customer service team will be in contact to recover monies owed.  Delayed payments will be charged a 5% fee of the amount owed. Accounts which are in arrears may result in the suspension of your program and therefore access to all online and/or in person events until accounts are brought up to date. You are also bound to the terms and conditions of Ezypay Au and/or  Stripe which can be found on their websites. You have entered a year long program and this is not refundable or cannot be canceled prior to the 12 monthly payments being complete. 

c.) Live Events – If you cannot attend an event you will need to email support@thequeenofconfidence.com in order to receive the workbook and all homework.  There may be a possibility in future that we create a livestream version for attendees who cannot make it live. There will be 6 official events in total for the year long program. c.1) Erika Cramer may chose to end your contract at any given time if the rules of the program or these terms and conditions have been violated. If you are terminated by Erika Cramer, The Queen of Confidence; early then there may be a refund given to you.

d.) Non-Disclosure Agreement -You hereby acknowledges that you will be trained in material considered “trade secret” and confidential in nature. You, (client) agrees to not disclose any techniques nor comments about the event of any kind to others, via forum, message boards, private emails, blogs or other venue. If Client does disclose any information about the event then they admit to damages and breach of contract and will be subject to civil litigation and damages. Client agrees to not create, nor partner nor associate with any person, any kind of product related to The Queen of Confidence or the Sisterhood, including but not limited to e-books, special reports, audio or video files, public postings of content IP, or any other derived materials. Client shall not record any portion of the event.

e.) Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Queen of Confidence or the Sisterhood, against all loss or damage that client may suffer as a result byThe Queen of Confidence or the Sisterhood and its speakers and or associates and any of its affiliates and representatives from any breach of these Terms and any other cause or alleged cause of any kind. The Queen of Confidence or the Sisterhood reserves the right to alter terms and conditions with prior notice.

f.) Dinners and external catch ups that are organised outside of the 6 live days are all optional and to be paid for by each attendee.

g.) Force Majeure: 1.1 The Queen of Confidence is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is solely the result of the occurrence of an event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. Neither Party is entitled to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances, unless other termination rights have arisen under this Agreement. 1.2     If a Party asserts that an event of force majeure pursuant to clause 1.1 caused a failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, that Party must prove that: (a)      it took all reasonable steps to minimise delay or damages caused by foreseeable events; (b)      it substantially fulfilled all non-excused obligations; and (c)      it notified the other Party of the likelihood or actual occurrence of the force majeure event in a timely manner. 

h.) It is up to each individual to read these terms and conditions, this is a legal binding contract and by deciding to join the Sistahood program and engaged The Queen of Confidence Pty Ltd. you understand to abide by these terms.
