How are you feeling right now?

Today’s episode is a reminder, and invitation to do what makes YOU feel good.

Here’s what I know, anytime I feel stressed, overwhelmed, resentful or exhausted – I know that I have stopped doing things for myself that make me feel good.

For me recently I have discovered how much I missed Yoga, maybe for you it’s moving your body, eating food that makes you feel good, reading a book, meditation etc.

GO DO IT!
