๐๐ฝ If youโre a parent trying your best but still feel like somethingโs off with your kidsโฆ you need to watch this.
Iโm halfway through my psychotherapy degree and this year I did something I never expected. I walked into a primary school as a counselor.
I had 19 kids on my roster in one term, and what I saw sitting with them, talking to their parents, and working alongside their teachers changed the way I think about what kids need from us right now.
This episode covers the 3 biggest things I took away from that experience.
- Screen time and what it is actually doing to their nervous systems.
Communication and why so many kids have stopped talking to their parents.
And online safety, because what your kids are doing on Roblox, Fortnite, and YouTube Kids is not as safe as you think it is.
If you are a parent trying your best and still feeling like something is off, this one is for you.
