Can you consume too much personal development information? The answer is basically no, but it’s more involved than that. The issue is whether you take ACTION on what you’re consuming. If you’re not taking action on what you’re consuming, you’re not really doing anything. You’re just taking in a bunch of info that you don’t do anything with.
That’s what I’m breaking down today. As I mentioned in the episode, try to focus on one area of your life that’s really messing with you right now and take ACTION to improve in that area. You can’t address everything all at once, but if you break it down into smaller parts, you’re more likely to get the results you’re looking for.
