Stop consuming, start doing!

We live in an age where there is information coming out of our ears.

If we want to know something, we can find it.

If we want to see something, we can watch it.

There are literally millions of books and podcasts with information on how to work on yourself and live a more fulfilling life.

We have webinars and courses available at our fingertips that will teach us anything we want to know.

But no matter how much you read or listen to, the only thing that will help you, is YOU.

I see a lot of people who are constantly in the consumption phase. More information, more knowledge, constantly absorbing information.

What actually makes a difference is when you start taking ACTION.

What have you learned?

What’s one thing you could put into action today?

Growing is not about the information. It’s about the application.

This episode is an invitation for you to look at your life and be honest with yourself.

Are you actually applying what you’ve learned and seeing the results in your life?

If you’re not, you don’t need to consume anything else. You need to take action.

If you take action on ONE thing that you have learned, I guarantee you, your life will change.

What action are you going to take today?

[2:30]: No matter how much you read or listen to, the person who will help you is you.

[3:30]: You don’t need more information. You need to start acting on what you’ve consumed and apply what you’re learning.

[5:40]: People know what to do but they don’t do what they know.

[6:55]: It’s not about the information, it’s about the application. If you apply one thing, your life will change.

[8:15]: There is so much information out there. If you want to know something, you can know. It’s the action that counts. Try taking action on one thing.

[10:00]: Don’t try to do all the things. Do one thing and apply something to that area.

[12:00]: If you’re not getting results, maybe there’s too much information coming in. Stop consuming and do something with the information you already have.

[13:00]: Please review my podcast!
